ImageShare provides a platform for users to upload, store, and share images. We do not claim ownership of the content you upload, but you grant us a license to use, display, and distribute your content in connection with the service.

3. User Conduct

You agree not to use ImageShare to:

• Upload, share, or distribute content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable
• Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others
• Upload or distribute malware, viruses, or other malicious code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or user accounts
• Use the service for any illegal purpose

4. Content Removal

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms or that we find objectionable for any reason, without prior notice.

5. Service Limitations

Images are stored for one year by default, after which they may be automatically deleted. We do not guarantee the availability or security of your content and recommend keeping backup copies of important images.

6. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of ImageShare after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
